Sean travels to Islay. He gets a lesson in peat cutting, learns about creating a sustainable future, finds out about creating habitat for the Corncrake and gets a much needed golf lesson.
Sean travels to the Borders. He visits Abbotsford House, helps to tag smolts, goes on an alpaca trek, hits the trails on a mountain bike and finds out how a community saved their lifeboat service.
Sean travels to Perthshire. He learns about the ospreys, visits Blair Castle, goes on a highland safari, forages for ingredients to make chocolates and helps create a forest home for Pine Martens.
Sean travels to the Isle of Tiree. He learns about the part Tiree played in the Second World War, learns to surf, meets the new generation of crofters and chats to the island ranger.
