Jamie and Stu try to get a record label. They are adviced to record under an indie label, but soon get contacted by Warner Brothers. To Stu's dismay, Jamie is confused about which label to sign with.
Stu feels like Jamie isn�t taking him seriously, but ends up embarrassing himself while trying to prove his worth. He gets frustrated and decides to quit the act with Jamie. Jamie replaces him with another rapper, but soon realizes he needs Stu to perform.
Jamie and Stu want to "one up" Kevin Federline, and hire a photographer to take pictures of Jamie with celebrities. This plan backfires though when Jamie is caught, twice.
Jamie and Stu head to Houston for a celebrity basketball game, and wind up getting cast in a commercial. Rapper Paul Wall takes the two to get a more hip-hop look.
Jamie gets a chance to meet Ice-T. Jamie and Stu want to give him their cd, but things quickly go wrong when Ice-T walks in on Stu and Coco, Ice-T's wife.
Description
Blowin' Up is a comedic reality show on MTV. The show stars Jamie Kennedy, an actor who follows his dream of becoming a successful rapper. The show was written by Kennedy after the success of the movie Malibu's Most Wanted, which he starred in. Along for the ride is his close friend Stu Stone, who keeps Jamie in check to stick to their rap career.
