Naruse receives a sudden diagnosis from his doctor. Meanwhile, Saeko musters the strength to make a bold decision and has an honest conversation with him.
Before the accident, Saeko and Yusuke briefly encounter Naruse on a rainy day. In the present, Saeko and Naruse take a day trip down memory lane.
As Saeko and Naruse come to terms with who the heart donor might have been, Naruse tries to learn more about Yusuke as a person.
Despite deliberately trying to distance herself from Naruse, Saeko runs into him at work. An unexpected typhoon leads them to share a touching moment.
