Wataru tries to protect Omura due to the unexpected connection he has towards him, even as Keisuke tries to manipulate him in destroying it.
Wataru gains the assistance of a violin maker in trying to create an instrument that fits who he is; while Yuri and Otoya try to decipher the curse of a violin and a monster attacking those who possess it.
Megumi attempts to force Wataru's attraction away from Nago to prevent him from being manipulated; while Otoya tries to solve the mystery of the attacked cafe victims despite someone familiar being behind them.
Wataru is pulled between Megumi and Nago in trying to deal with a mysterious restaurant that may be associated with a Fangire attack.
As a bizarre Fangire attacks both in the present and past, both Otoya and Wataru must save their female targets before he is able to make them his bride!
Nago forces Wataru to keep watch over his partner as a stalker tries to make her its own.
Wataru continues to try and find something good to defend Otoya's legacy as he starts looking up to a Fangire Hunter who he sees as a better role model.
Wataru is approached by a lawyer who forces accusations against his father, forcing him to find one good thing Otoya did in the past to resolve matters.
Wataru continues to try and figure out how to make a violin that will equate to his father Otoya as both encounter a Fangire targeting violinists.

Description
22 years after the disappearance of his father, Wataru Kurenai lives in an infamous "haunted house" where he is destined as Kamen Rider Kiva to fight Fangires, a species of life force-draining vampires who can assume stained glass-like monster body that his father fought years ago before his disappearance. The story is split between Wataru in the present (2008–09) and his father Otoya in the past (1986–87), slowly revealing the link between the Fangire race and Kiva.
