The Dupree's arrive in London! And they must quickly navigate the culture shock. On a double-decker tour bus, Baylen becomes overstimulated, and her tics escalate, causing her a lot of distress. The Dupree's are excited to try English cuisine but when Baylen becomes the focus in a small pub, they worry how much more she can handle.
While meeting with their wedding planners, Baylen and Colin are dealt another blow to their wedding budget. The Duprees are off to London for a potential life-changing experience as Baylen will get to try a device that could reduce her tics. However, Baylen's difficulty navigating the airport and Colin's severe flight anxiety threatens to derail the journey before it begins.
