Alex finally starts to feel like she has it all when two of her clients get nominated for a prestigious award. Meanwhile, Ruari feels the pressures of dating a slightly older woman, Frank’s therapy brings out new insecurities in Sam, and Teresa drops a bomb during Lorcan’s farewell dinner.
After getting asked out on a date, Alex tries to make sense of where things stand with Patrick. As Ruari starts his internship at the agency, Sam and Alex attempt to win back Malcolm before Grayson swoops in.
In Ibiza for Sam and Frank's 10-year anniversary, Alex finds herself on a couples' holiday with her ex-husband Lorcan and ex-fling Patrick, both of their new girlfriends, and Ruari as her plus one.
Sam gives Alex the unsavory task of getting Malcom back as a client. Later, Alex leans on Michael at a family dinner.
