Oldham lads Rick and Shaun are recording their Spanish holiday for their mate Paul when they meet the worldly Alex, who takes them back to his villa for fun times with two Scottish girls. But the next day, the lads wake to an empty villa and blood everywhere.
Despite a video taken showing how young David Turner has been mercilessly bullied, the school takes no action, leading David to commit suicide. When his mother Helena sees it, she goes on a revenge fueled vengeance to the school's Parents' Night.
Sex offender Carl Gatliss is paroled with a tiny camera implanted behind his retina to monitor his every move sent back to probation officers Esther and Ken. After he breaks parole by visiting his victim in an attempt to make amends, Ken wants him revoked but Esther prevents it. As a result, Gatliss develops a dangerous obsession with Esther.
