Syd + TP find ways to kill time in Las Vegas after TP gambles away their WNBA All-Star Game tickets. Syd throws a mini championship ring ceremony for TP as they reflect on their journey.
Tensions rise as Syd + TP take the crew of their show on a road trip to Las Vegas. After the bus breaks down in the desert, Syd + TP go off the grid for the night and then try to earn money to repair the bus by working at a restaurant.
After misinterpreting advice from the iconic Sheryl Swoopes, Syd + TP realize the best way to become the faces of the league is to form power couples. They hit the apps and the bar and face rejection head-on, with a little help from guest star E.R. Fightmaster.
Syd + TP get a taste of the good life when they join Flau’jae in the studio, dress to impress and show off their crib.
Syd tries to cheer TP up on her birthday when she’s dealt a major career setback. They also attend couples therapy with KevOnStage and organize a basketball camp for the next generation of female athletes.
Syd + TP get makeovers at the salon with friends and WNBA stars Alysha Clark and Rae Burrell. Later they act as each other’s stylists and try to eat clean.
Syd + TP host a podcast, get a tarot reading, attend an Angel City Football Club match as VIPs and chat up some soccer fans.
Syd + TP decide they need to be tougher and stronger if they’re going to become the faces of the league, so they enlist the help of several coaches -- including Rashida “Sheedz” Olayiwola and Washington Commanders Assistant Coach Jennifer King -- to help them work on their bodies and their minds. Drag Superstars Heidi N Closet and Angeria Paris VanMicheals, and WNBA stars Lexie Brown and Jordin Canada also stop by to help toughen them up.
Syd + TP hold a press conference to announce they are the new faces of the WNBA, featuring guests Monica McNutt, Ari Chambers, and Autumn Johnson. After that falls flat, they seek advice from “Late Night with Seth Meyers” writer Jenny Hagel and spend some time at the fair.
Syd + TP pitch “The Syd + TP Show” to their agent Gina as they set off on a journey to become the new faces of the WNBA. They also take an improv class, play “Answer For a Follow” with strangers on Hollywood Boulevard and discuss their experiences as friends playing in the WNBA.
