While doing this, she notices one of Octi's legs poking out from under the girls' bed, so she goes to pick him up to find that all that's there is one of Octi's legs! After waking up from the shock, she vows to exact revenge on the person who 'killed' Octi.
A medium named Madame Argentina, and her side-kick, Fred the duck (he really is a duck) attempt to steal money from Townsville's citizens by offering to contact a dead relative for them.
When a TV show convinces kids to send in money to enter a special contest, Bubbles and the rest of the kids in the neighbor hood raise money to enter it.

Description
The Powerpuff Girls is a animated television series about Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, three kindergarten-aged girls with superpowers, as well as their "father", the brainy scientist Professor Utonium, who all live in the fictional city of Townsville, USA. The girls are frequently called upon by the town's childlike and naive mayor to help fight nearby criminals using their powers.
