Albin invests everything in winning the bishop election, Jan sees his chance to finally get rid of Albin and himself become pastor in Östra Nöbberup. Jan is also faced with an episode 22 that is about sex.
Jan is faced with a dilemma about a friend of the family. Albin agrees to run in the bishop election when there is a need for sham candidates next to the big favorite.
The registrations for the parish's confirmation courses are now down to zero, which makes Albin think new and youthful. Jan is confronted with a monster from the past: his atheist middle school teacher.
A priest's visit from Kenya makes Albin miss his more adventurous days and a wild idea is born. Jan, on the other hand, faces one of the biggest challenges of his life.
Pastor Albin begins to waver in his faith. As if that was not bad enough, the only one who can save him is his colleague and constant nemesis Jan. In addition, Ylva is taught.
A new funeral contractor makes Albin realize exactly how corrupt Östra Nöbberup is. Albin manages to irritate the whole community in his eagerness to break the habitual patterns.
The new deaconess Ylva turns out to be directly unsuitable to hold on to the church's children's activities and Albin is forced to take over the difficult task.
Description
The young and idealistic priest Albin returns to Sweden from Kenya to work in a church in the small village Östra Nöbberup. Albin want to renew the work of the parish and tries to attract visitors to church with controversial methods. This is not appreciated by the other members of the parish, especially not by the curate Jan Samuelsson who wants Albins job as a priest.
