At the festival, Yuuko and Azumi walk along a street lined with food stalls, accompanied by Shii and Rou. They're looking for Maa and Elsa, who have strayed from the group, when Ran shows up...
Yuuko is looking at a festival flyer in her room. Though Yuuko doesn't like big crowds, Maa is intrigued by the idea of a festival and begs to go, so Yuuko takes her three cats to check out the festival.
Ran, Yuuko, and Azumi are doing stretches in the schoolyard. Ran, a girl who never slacks off in any competition, couldn't be more fired up. Today is marathon day, and Ran was leading the pack, but then...
Yuuko and Azumi are at the back of the classroom, looking at their midterm exam results. Azumi blushes when Yuuko points out that she made the top of their year again with her grades. Then another girl approaches the two of them... and that girl's name is Ran!
Rou turns on the TV with the remote control. Maa and Shii are intrigued by the program that's on, but Maa grows bored and changes the channel...
Maa, Shii, and Rou see Yuuko off to school, where Yuuko seems to be having much more fun lately. Maa suggests that they do something fun too. What could she mean by "something fun"?
While talking with Yuuko at her family's coffee shop, Azumi realizes it's getting late and begins to worry that Elsa will be angry with her when she gets home...
Yuuko heads for a coffee shop with Azumi after school, and she's shocked to see the high prices on all the menu items. She's even more shocked to learn that Azumi's family owns the shop!
Maa sits sulking in Yuuko's room, and Rou tries to console her. Meanwhile, Shii is worried about Yuuko, who is at school.
It's Sunday afternoon, and Yuuko has been studying. Her three cats snap to attention when she closes her notebook and announces she's finished. Then she decides to go for a walk...
It's the weekend. Yuuko is relaxing in her room, playing a game on her smartphone. Maa sits nearby, intrigued by the movements of Yuuko's fingers. Rou is reading a book, and Shii is drawing a picture.
Description
Tomoko Konagai is a first-year in high school and a shy girl. Tomoko owns three cats. The cheerful and live Munchkin Maa, the smart and responsible Russian Blue Rou, and the gentle crybaby Singapura Shii. Tomoko, whose only friends were her cats, one day becomes friends with Azumi Shiratori, who also loves cats.
