Bia and Shafay have a daughter. Bia wishes that Shafay sees her before Bia does herself. Shafay dies in the hospital and Bia too, a few months later. This drama serial will always remain a classic.
Rohail's mother in depression hurts her mental health. Nasir gets mad at Tabinda for insulting Shafay and Bia.
Shafay's condition becomes too serious, so he and Bia admit their selves into a hospital with Doctor Ayesha. Bia goes to a Darbar to pray to God, but when the people their, find out that that she is a victim of AIDS, they kick her out of the mosque.
Memona asks Bia to forgive her by telling her what she did, while she was speaking Shafay hears her and asks Bia to leave this house with himself.
Bia forgives Rohail after his death. Bia goes back to her house and tell her everything. Shafay comes to Bia's house. Ayesha tells Bia the truth about Shafay. Bia asks her brother if she can go with Shafay.
Rohail dies in the hospital. Bia leaves Hamza's house. Bia witnessing imaginary incarnations of what happened to her, gets in front of a train, but Rohail's father stops her and takes her to his house. Rohail's mother shows Bia Rohail's photograph and Bia breaks it. Bia goes to the hospital to ask about Rohail, there she is informed that Rohail recently passed away in this hospital.
Doctor Ayesha informs Tabrez that Shafay got AIDS from Rohail. Rohail used the shaving razor of Shafay and hence transmitted the disease to this poor guy.
Bia remembers Doctor Hamza and by calling him, she tells him everything that has happened to her so far including her misunderstanding that Shafay is of bad character. Bia visits Hamza at the hospital he works in and Shafay too follows her there and he too gains a misunderstanding that Bia and Hamza have an inappropriate relationship going on.
Bia meets Rohail at the hospital and opposes his request to forgive him. Doctor Tahira informs Memona and Bia that Rohail is her old patient, and that he is also an AIDS victim which leads her to the conclusion that Shafay has AIDS due to Rohail's influence. Bia also meets Doctor Ayesha at the Hospital and she informs her that she has came to here to do research about AIDS and Pregnancy.
Shafay vomits blood, then Memona gets worried and takes him to the hospital. Doctor Tahira lies to Shafay that he has an allergy.
Memona impeaches Bia for her character and declares her the reason of this AIDS transmission to her son.
Bia finds out that she and Shafay are victim of AIDS. Bia starts thinking of Shafay as a misconducted person.
Bia and Shafay get married. They go on a honeymoon together, there Bia notices Shafay's illness.
It reveals on Bia that Shafay has nothing to do with this mishap and eventually they both fall in love with each other.
Memona has a vicious plan for Shafay and Bia’s marriage. She agrees on this marriage proposal.
Memona notices Shafay's illness and takes him to the hospital. There she finds out that her son is a victim of AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Virus). Memona gets to known of Shafay’s disease before him, as she was collecting all his reports and concealed the truth from him.
Shafay hires Bia at his office. Bia tells Shafay that her brother is in the Operation Theater.
Nasir while walking through a city road, in depression of his sister's death, loses his self-consciousness and gets painfully struck by a car. Bia and her sister-in-law (Tabinda) cannot afford the amount of money required to treat her brother. Therefore Bia goes to her brother's office to get a job and there she meets Shafay.
Rabia facing betrayal from her boyfriend and sudden hatred from her loving brother, leads her to committing suicide. Since Rohail was the cause of Rabia's death, Shafay once and for all breaks the friendship he had with him and quits living in the hostel with him. Bia meanwhile curses Rohail by saying, "I curse you to have a long life but may you spend each moment of it sobbing. That you pray for death but you will not deserve death".
After catching Rohail drunk, Nasir sends him to the police station. Knowing this incident happened, Rabia tries to break the relationship she had with Rohail. Shafay too, grows hatred in his heart for him. Rohail in despair could not handle this, as such he pretends to swallow poison, once again betraying his friends. Poor Rabia once again believes in his lie.
The innocent Rabia has fallen in the trap of Rohail, who is an immoral guy having sexual relationships with many girls in his university. His friend, Shafay, is a simple and well-cultured young lad belonging to a very decent family and is living in a hostel for university studies with Rohail, the only bad influence in his life.
