David becomes painfully aware of the price his family pays for his political ambitions, and Erik reminds him of what is most important in life. Joel lives up to the reputation of the family's black sheep.
David and Lena are starting to figure out who is behind the filth of him and decides to give up again. Lena's past also comes to the surface when she is visited by an old acquaintance.
David feels the press is increasing as his secrets are closer to being revealed. Joel takes Rasmus to Visby, but the trip there does not go according to plan.
David gets his chance to show what he does when he takes the stage with the prime minister. But both press and police are ready with questions about his past, issues that may be his case.
An unexpected event during the evening's DJ battle leaves the whole of Visby with questions. David continues to feel pressures from all sides, pulling the family into the game to maintain his strong position.
David has ended up in a fatal situation that can cost him the prime post. A worthy challenger makes himself known, and his dark past is at risk of being revealed.

The day before Almedal Week begins, Minister of Business Affairs David Ehrling receives a call from Prime Minister Elvira Kropp. She explains that she intends to resign and that in connection with a press conference she wants to "point out" David as a possible successor. David will stop at nothing to become Prime Minister. But is it a price worth paying?
