Start of the second week and 3 minutes to collect the products from the surprise market and 60 minutes to present the preparation.
The twelve participants who received the gray apron, between Monday and Tuesday, competed to achieve the best dish of the night, and thus avoid participating in the elimination night.
The twelve contestants who performed well (between Monday and Tuesday) competed for a chance to win one of the medals, which granted benefits for the following week. The contestant who made the worst dish received the black apron and was sent to the elimination round.
At this gala, the remaining 12 participants were presented, with the slogan of free choice as their letter of introduction.
